The room currently has a single bed, built in wardrobe, study desk and cabinet. There would be 2 people living in the flat so me and the prospective new tenant. The flat is located in a lovely and quiet development with secure gated access and parking. There's also a secure bike store. There is an open plan lounge and kitchen area with built in appliances - fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with bath and shower over.

I'm looking for some one who is preferably a professional and who is neat and tidy. I'm a professional and work in Cambridge city centre. I'm a friendly, sociable person and pretty easy going person. The room is available for 6 months initially but this can be extended.
