Short term lets in stunning house nr city & Sc Pk

I have a double room to let in a beautiful modern house close to the Science Park and the centre of Cambridge. The house is spacious and relaxing with a large kitchen with great cooking facilities, dining room and good laundry facilities with a tumble drier, steam iron etc.

All bills are included with fast wifi.

You would be sharing with young professionals who are easy going, fun, sociable and tidy. There is one couple, three single females and you!

I have a temporary room available from NOW in a small room and then you can move to the double room on 20th December when Alex moves out hence the cheap rent. The rent would go up to £600 from beginning of February so you would have a very cheap rent for 2/3 months. The bathroom is shared with one female - everyone else has their own bathroom to use.

There is free parking on the streets nearby and all facilities on the doorstep: local supermarket, pubs and all the amenities of Cambridge a short walk away.

The house is for sale hence the short term let as I don't yet know how long the house will take to sell. A conveyancing time frame is normally a couple of months after an offer has been accepted. This means that you will be assured of at least two months in the house but this is never certain!
