We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful housemate who is a working professional to occupy a single bedroom that is being vacated by our outgoing housemate who is moving overseas.

The property is located on Coleridge Road, Cambridge CB1 and is within close walking distance to Mill Road and Cambridge railway station.

The room has well-lit windows and is fully furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, study desk, wall shelves, and bedside table. The room has a gas heating radiator and is located on the ground floor. The room has been kept clean and has been repainted and recarpeted recently.

The two-storey house is shared by three other working professionals (2 female, 1 male). There is a large shared kitchen with washing machine, refrigerator and freezer. The living room and bathroom are clean, comfortable and are also shared. The other three bedrooms are all on the first floor upstairs. There is a spacious back garden suitable for BBQs. There is plenty of street parking just outside the house. The entire house has gas central heating.

The rent is very attractive for the central location and the quality of the house and room. The rent excludes monthly bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV / broadband internet) which is usually around £60-70 per month.
