Ideal for work or study in Cambridge.

We have a room furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers to let. There is also a study adjacent to the room which you can use if we are not using it.

As we keep getting asked this question so many times, to confirm here and now, the location is in Cambourne which is 30mins by bus away from Cambridge. The buses run regularly and it's a nice run into the centre.

What's the trade off for this though? Well, Cambourne is a safe community and it is peaceful. We are lucky insofar as we are no more than two minutes away from a gorgeous wildlife park, which is great if you want to relax, read, take a walk.. We also have a Co-op just at the top of the road meaning you're close enough to a shop if ever you need anything- and it's open till 10pm everyday, even Sunday :) There is also a Domino's, Morrison's, a gorgeous cafe, a pub, a Chinese, Indian and fish & chip takeaway all a ten minute walk away.

We do have a little Westie, Poppy, and she's a sweetheart. She is very chilled out, and likes a belly rub.

The only downside to this room let is that there is no regular parking space as Samuel works away in the week, so weekends (or annual leave days) he would need his space back. But there should be some free parking adjacent to the Co-op at the top of the road though.
