Double room in unique house just off Mill Road

An double room is available in a furnished house on Cockburn Street, right next to Mill Road (dead easy to get to town). The house is unique in that it isn't one of the terraces, it is a stand alone building converted into 3 properties. Bigger than you think on first glance! There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one upstairs with shower and 1 larger one downstairs with bath), plus one of the occupied rooms has an ensuite. You would be sharing a shower with only 1 person. The kitchen is big, 2 fridge/freezers, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher (no tumble dryer but there is hanging space), plenty of storage space.

The room itself will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is kitted out and fully available to the new tenant (kitchen items, living room furniture, flatscreen TV etc.) there is a bed and a wardrobe in the room that are for sale from the previous tenant if required.

Our current housemate is moving out and we are looking for someone equally friendly and social to replace her. We would preferably like someone who would want to contribute socially to the house, though we also respect private space at the same time.

Our interests mainly involve sports/gym during the week and socialising at weekends, but also trips to the cinema with friends, meals out on occasion during the week, etc. We both work regular hours during the week.

Rent is £400 + bills (energy, water, council tax and sky TV/wireless broadband)
