Lovely large single unfurnished room on very central Norfolk St, Cambridge, for one woman preferably, sharing recently renovated 3BR house with two other women. Room is on first floor with view of garden, very quiet. Wooden floors and central heating, built-in wardrobe.

We are looking for a quiet, vegetarian, non smoking woman. This is a quiet, harmonious, friendly house, and we prefer someone who will want to stay at least a year. The house was renovated in late 2013 and everything is brand new. We are the first tenants to rent the house, from Feb 2014.

Share bathroom, kitchen, living room and back garden. Kitchen includes washing machine, dryer, all brand new.
Gas central heating.

Rent: £400 per month, not including bills. Bills approx £100 per month, including council tax. Deposit and references required for letting agent.

We do not have a driveway for a car, but residents’ parking permits are available. Sorry, no pets.
