Lovely double room in Cambridge - single occupancy

Hi! We have a lovely double room available (for single occupancy), sharing a house with a friendly and sociable couple. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just out of the Cambridge town centre, off Histon Road.

There is a bus stop and shops (including Aldi, Co-op & Iceland), all within 3 minutes walk. You can easily walk to town in 10-15 minutes, or cycle in about 5. Basically, it's close enough to town to be fun, but far enough away to be peaceful.

The house has a very large living room and is fully furnished. The bedroom on offer also has a large built-in (almost walk-in) cupboard with hanging rail and shelves. The bedroom comes fully furnished with double bed, bed side table, chest of drawers as well as the built in cupboard and an additional giant wardrobe.

Bedroom measures 2. 75 m x 2. 9 m

The house is also complete with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, drier and a decent sized garden.

We have high speed fibre optic broadband (200 mb) and all bills are included in the rent. The deposit is equal to one month's rent and is required prior to moving in. Move-in date is the 2nd of October.

Female professional or grad student preferred - clean, tidy, respectful and fun are musts (bringing wine to the viewing may or may not grant you bonus points). Smokers welcome but no smoking allowed inside the house.
