Double room, great house, prof, £520-all-in, CB1

We have a large, furnished, double bedroom to rent at the back of the house in a gorgeous 4 bedroom house. The bedroom contains a double bed, large wardrobe and desk with chair. There are 3 bath/shower rooms (one is an en-suite in the top floor bedroom). The lounge and kitchen are very big. The lounge has a 3 seater recliner couch, piano and table/pool-table/table-tennis table. The kitchen is gorgeous with lots of storage space and is fully equipped. We also have a nice garden at the back that's great for BBQs in the summer. The house is just off mill road, a 5 minute bike to the train station and a large asda, and 10 minute bike to the city centre.

We are looking for a housemate that will fit in well with us. Preferably a male to replace Stevey who has moved out, as we are 3 females at the moment. We are very chilled northerners who have busy lives but like to chat in the kitchen, play boardgames/pool (preferably teach me to play pool cause I'm still terrible!)/ play computer games, watch a film occasionally. At christmas we all did a 1000 piece jigsaw together which I know makes us sound sad and old but trust me its addictive and a little bit fun! ;) All the furniture is ours so we want someone who will be respectful of our stuff. We keep the house clean and tidy without the need for rotas, we want someone who will likewise load/unload the dishwasher when it needs doing, buy toilet roll if its getting low, wipe the kitchen benches down etc. Normal household chores where if you've lived in a few shared houses you'll do without thinking. We only want working professionals preferably over 24years.

This is a gorgeous house, and its great for inviting a few friends round at the weekend and having BBQs in the summer. If you think you'd fit in well with us and fancy a viewing let me know.
