Single room available in friendly house share

Hi there, how are you? We have a single room available for a professional as soon as possible in our house on Lichfield Road.

It's a single room, which has a single bed, a cupboard and some storage shelves. The room may be small but there is also plenty of other areas around the house, garage and the conservatory to store anything that you may not want in your room. We all get on well & treat the house as a home, so we'll hope you'll feel free to make the communal areas yours also.

The house is a nice semi-detached about 10-minutes cycle from the city centre and a few minutes away from Mill Road, in a pleasant residential street. We have a large garden, which if the weather decides to behave, is great for BBQ's and general lounging outside.

The price is £265 per month NOT including bills, which are normally around £75 per month. 1 1/2 months rent deposit is required when moving in.

We are currently three young(ish) professionals, looking to replace our 4th, who is moving out soon. So living there now are Eddie, Becky and myself (Rocky). We are a very sociable bunch and love going to the pub together or watch some movies at home.
