Double Room friendly houseshare£400pm (inc. bills)

Hi,

We are looking for a new housemate (25-35) to join a house with two male and two female.

The house is close (2 min walk) to the Milton Arms/Hungry Horse and it’s a small double room (part furnished with just a double bed)with all bills included in the rent (wifi and Virgin TV). There is a bathroom (shared with two others) with a shower over bath, kitchen, a large living room ( big TV) and a dining room which we have turned into "The Snug" a room (big TV )where you can go for some quiet time or to watch a movie.

We also Have a large back garden and a garage.

We are very sociable and enjoy many an evening watching Celebrity Big Brother, Made in Chelsea & Towie (or really any trashy reality show)but are of course open to watching a variety of TV programs/documentaries and love film nights.

We all work standard office hours, Monday to Friday 9-5ish and are looking for someone who works similar so no wild parties on weeknights (Fridays and Saturdays are fine though).
