A bonus feature is a detached garden studio that can be used for hobbies/exercise etc.

The house is in a quiet and attractive area in Chesterton, 2min walk to some handy local shops including Co-op and not too far from a couple of nice pubs.

Cycling to city centre or Science Park is about 10 mins, and good access to A14/M11 with great parking on our street. Close to Milton road bus stops too.

Current housemates 28-34 yo male professionals. We can be busy doing our own thing, but are also happy to share a meal or a drink and socialise.

We're laid back and sociable, considerate and respectful of our housemates. Happy to share with male or female, ages mid-20s to late-30s.
