Friendly, social housemates looking for a young professional female as third housemate. We are in full-time work. We love socializing as a house throwing dinner parties and board game nights. Obsessed with films and have an extremely large DVD collection :)

The available room is a spacious bright single bedroom with lots of storage space. There is an deep built in wardrobe that has shelves in and a separate storage space above. There is also a large chest of draws with a glass top which doubles up nicely to put makeup and jewellery etc on. The bedside table also doubles up as a desk.

The room is newly decorated in a warm cream colour and the furniture is white. The house is situated in North Cambridge, not too far from Jesus Green where we like to have lots of picnics in the summer :)

If you have a car there is plenty of free parking.

Easy walking/cycling distance to town, about 20/25mins or a 10min cycle),and a 10min walk to the Science Park.

Easy access to the A14 and several bus routes nearby, (citi1, citi2 and the busway A/B/C are all within walking distance of the house)

A large Tesco supermarket as well as Aldi are very close by with also a Tesco express about a 3min walk from the house.

The house has a very homely feel and is nicely decorated.

There is a kitchen, lounge and dining room downstairs. We have a garden where we enjoy to have BBQ's in the summer.

The bathroom is separate to the toilet. We don't have a bath, but instead have a walk in power shower which is awesome!

We are looking someone to join our social house who enjoys film nights and cooking meals together. We are both in full time work so enjoy to relax in the evenings and at the weekends. If you are new to Cambridge we can introduce you to some lovely people as we often enjoy visits to the pub or playing board games with friends.

We have a pet tortoise called Florence that lives in Beka's room, and a pet Hamster called Juno that lives in my room.
