Hello I've got one furnished double room to rent. There is also a large living room, spacious kitchen and very large garden with an apple and a pear tree. The house is about 10 minutes cycle to town and 5 minutes cycle to science park. Local amenities are a few minutes walk away.
I've lived here for eight years and have friendly quiet neighbours. It's a comfortable warm home with a real fire. I am looking for a relaxed sociable person to live with myself, my new housemate Maik and my small cat.
The room is available from April 5th and is £480 PCM all bills included
Smokers ok but not in the house. There is free on street parking and there's usually a space nearby.
