Furnished double room to rent.

Hello, I am a 30 yr old female, I work as a GP. I have lived in my beautiful flat in Cambridge for 8 years.

The flat is situated in a quiet cul de sac with dedicated off street carpark, and a lockable bike shed.

Garden: I have my own patio with bench and a large communal garden. Gardener maintained.

I like to keep my flat tidy and as you can see I do have a lot of decorations and ornaments so I need a flatmate who doesn't have their own furniture and who is willing to keep most of their personal items in their room. There is no TV but I do have a TV license for the flat if you want to have one in your room or watch Iplayer.

You have a large cupboard in the kitchen for dry goods and personal crockery but you're welcome to use all my crockery, cookware, cutlery etc. It's easier to share.

I am out usually 4 nights a week at my partners house so expect to have the flat to yourself quite a bit. If you like peace and quiet this will suit you well. I have no preference for age or gender as long as you are tidy, friendly and respectful.

I do have a cat, he is 18 years old and mostly sleeps. So cat allergies are a no no.

Bills: All included, there is fiber broadband and TV license.

Location:
It is a very peaceful and beautiful area. 20 minutes walk or 10 minute cycle to centre of town. 20 minute cycle to Addenbrookes. 10 minute walk to local shops (Aldi, Coop, international supermarkets, coffee shop), 10/15 minute walk from Murray Edwards, Fitzwilliam, Churchill and Lucy Cavendish Colleges.

Room to rent:
Furnished double room. The room contains a double bed, a large desk, storage unit with 4 large drawers, mirror, shelf, large built-in cupboard with rail for clothes and shelves inside, and a bedside table with drawers. The pictures on walls and items in cupboard will be removed from the room prior to tenant moving in.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom with large bath and built-in shower, washbasin, mirror and toilet.

Kitchen:
Modern, clean kitchen with large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and sink are all available for shared use. You will have a dedicated fridge shelf and large cupboard for storage, and there is ample worktop space. Own crockery, cutlery and cookware are optional as happy to share mine.

Living room:
Living room is shared, and currently features 2 sofas and a futon armchair.

Dining room:
Shared dining room

The flat is within a block of 6 flats (2 flats per floor). Other residents are very quiet. Highly rated boiler (2011) with insurance, electrical upgrade (2009).
