There is a comfortable sitting/dining room with house tv with Netflix, and a fully equipped kitchen including both a full size fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. The utility room has a tumble drier and washing machine and outside there is a well maintained court yard style garden ideal for summer entertaining. The garage has a bike rack and there is parking for three cars at the front of the house and lots more on the road. There is 100 Mbps internet and WiFi.

The house is on the South side of town, in a quiet tree lined road with plenty of parking a short walk from ARM and very convenient for Babraham, Abington and Addenbrookes. There are two bus stops close by and a frequent service on the C3 and C1 bus to the town centre and station. The large Tesco at Cherry Hinton is less than a mile away.

The housemates are all professionals mostly working at Addenbrookes in a variety of roles. The house is kept clean and tidy by the housemates and the landlord also does communal cleaning and gardening once a fortnight. All bills are included.
