The house is 5 minutes by walk to Science Park/Business Park. There are local shops, supermarket nearby. The bus stop is just minute walk away.
The house has an excellent nearby access to A14/M11. 15 minutes to city center by bus. Bike / car park available.

Rent 375 pcm inclusive of bills.

Indian Female and Indian male preferred. Room available only for Monday to Friday.
