Quiet road in Orchard Park close to Tesco Express and bus stop (Busway).

The bus ride to city centre is 10 min and 20 min walking distance to Science Park. All housemates are professional, friendly, and tidy; two females, 23 and 45, one male, 36.

The house has four bedrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, and a lovely garden.

If we think you would fit in well, we propose a video call in the first instance, and then a visit to the house if both parties are still interested.

There is also the option of a smaller room, similar spec to the one pictured (small double) for £500 pcm.

Note: There are two parking spaces at the front of the house but as two housemates already have cars, please note that if you drive, parking is on a first come first-served basis.
