Excellent access to A14, M11 and Science Park. Viewings can be arranged evenings/weekends. The 3 other tenants are professionals in their twenties to early thirties, all are social and get along well. The house gets a deep clean of the communal areas every six months and is fully compliant with HMO regs. The house also has broadband and sky plus (inc sports package).
