The room is on the ground floor and is fully furnished sharing one of two shower rooms with one other housemate. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher and a separate tumble drier, and two freezers. The kitchen is large with a double cupboard for everyone’s personal items. There is a sitting/dining room with TV provided by the landlord and a large garden with a shed for keeping all the bikes in. Street parking is unrestricted and readily available.

The landlord does the gardening and communal cleaning every two weeks and is readily at hand if needed for maintenance issues. Couples, undergraduates and shift workers would not be suitable.
