There is parking (for a small car there are no tenants which have car at moment) and its 5 mins walk to train station, city centre and food shopping.
the tenants there are very nice and i will leave it up to them to chose who they want to live with so meetings will be held on a sunday when they are there to meet you.
there is a dishwasher ,down and up stairs toilet i have made a downstairs drying room to where boiler is, for drying clothes
because its professionals only there is council tax to pay this works out to a extra £30 a month each tenant.
