We have a furnished double room available from the 12th April - maybe a few days before - we'll be holding viewings over the coming days
We live in a spacious 3 bedroom house, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station or city centre. The house has good sized dining and living rooms and comes with everything you are likely to need (as well as WiFi). There is a south facing courtyard-garden and off road parking for bicycles.
We are young professionals working in Cambridge. We tend to be pretty busy, but are also sociable people that enjoy to chill out at the end of a busy day.
If you're easy going and in need of somewhere central please get in touch telling us a little about yourself . Ideally we'd choose a flat mate that would want to stay for at least 6 months.
Rent: £550.
Bills: £100 (inc. Council Tax, Energy, Water, Internet).
