We are looking for a nice housemate to join us in our existing house share.
We are two professionals and one student who works part time and we would be happy to have either a professional or a student. We are friends and socialize in the house and we would like a sociable and easy-going person.
The room is fitted with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk (which can be removed if not needed). Furnished kitchen, gas central heating, garden with a small shed. FiberOptic broadband internet.
The rent is exclusive of bills which we calculated to be around 70-80 pounds per person.
The room will be available from 1 October.
