Double bedroom with ensuite

We are a family of 3 (we have a 16 month old toddler) and have a loft conversion with ensuite available to rent from the end of April.

Conveniently situated off Mill Road, the location is perfect for the train station or Addenbrookes (by bike or bus) and is close enough to walk into the city centre. n. b. there is free on-road parking outside our house and room in our shed to store your bike.

We took on a short-term lodger last year and really enjoyed having her here, so we are looking for someone similar: an independent female lodger/ no pets/ no smoker/ full-time professional. We are flexible on moving in dates, as we are really keen to get the right person that mutually feels they would enjoy living here.

The room and ensuite is in our loft conversion on the top floor, so feels a little more secluded from the rest of the house, which our previous lodger enjoyed. The room is furnished with a table and 4 chairs/ a chest of drawers/ a double bed and wardrobe. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, sink and towel rail.

All inclusive: Use of fully furnished kitchen and appliances e. g. Washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Use of recently landscaped garden with decking area. Weekly cleaner in communal areas. Unlimited WIFI broadband.
