We are two professional females, seeking a third house mate to share this amazing terrace house just off Mill Road. The house is situated close to the city centre (15 mins), train station (10 mins) and a short bus ride to most local campuses including Addenbrookes and the Science Park.
The room is a top floor double room, which is unfurnished and has lots of natural light. The house itself was recently refurbished to a high standard, including large kitchen and bathroom.
Our ideal housemate would be a professional who is clean, fun, outgoing but also appreciates downtime. We are seeking someone who can move in almost immediately.
Financials
The house is listed within an agency therefore there are standard non-negotiable agency fees applicable for reference checks (220). You will also be required to provide 1 months rent (400 PCM) - excluding bills , and deposit (650).
