3 Bedroom house in Central Location

Hey everyone!

We are two young professionals who are looking for a fun and sociable housemate to replace someone who is leaving. We enjoy spending time together as a house (cooking, watching tv, going out, even getting out the odd board game!) but we also have our own things we like to do. Ideally we would be looking for someone similar, who would be up for joining us in whatever venture we undertake.

The location is perfect, in-between Asda/gym/beehive centre (5 minutes walk) and the Grafton Centre (2 minutes walk) and it’s an easy 10 minute walk into the very centre of town (there is even a bus for the very lazy). The house itself features 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, downstairs toilet, newly fitted kitchen, and a decent sized lounge. We also have an outside area, its patio not grass but that doesn't stop us lying out there in the sun! The room is currently a single but it could still fit a double with room to spare for those who like their space. If you drive there’s free parking outside and if you bike we have a garage you can store your bike in.

We are with a letting agency I’m afraid so there will be some fees but don’t let this discourage you as with the low rent it still works out cheaper over the year than most places.
