Our house is directly on Mill Rd and has a little front garden, offering privacy from the main road.

It is terraced. Downstairs there is a lounge and a double bedroom which is occupied by a 32 year old male Design teacher.

Upstairs there are a further 2 double sized bedrooms with large bathroom. There is also a downstairs WC.

We will be your live in landlords (own our home) and are looking to share our home with 1 other person. We are married professionals with a 10 month old baby. We are laid back and like the house to be kept clean and tidy and obviously build a friendship with who we live with. We do socialise with our tennants!

Room has wooden flooring and is furnished, with a double bed that can be pulled up for extra storage. It has a large built in wardrobe and shelf storage area. Also, there is a chest of drawers, desk, lamp and chair. Virgin TV can be set up in the room at the standard additional room rate with Virgin. This will be added on to your monthly rent.

Professionals only, or those studying higher education. International Students welcome for short stays. Unfortunately no young students, DSS.

£560/month including ALL bills. (wifi, water, council tax, electric, gas, virgin tv downstairs). Also includes communal household products such as toilet paper, washing up liquid, cleaning products etc etc

10 min walk to train station, ARU.
2 mins from local Spar, Tesco, Co-op.
15 mins on Citi 2 bus to Addenbrookes.
