Lovely double room, 5mins walk from Jesus Green!

I am a PhD student in Cambridge, for the next 6-10 months I'll be leaving my room and going abroad to do my fieldwork in West Africa.
So I will be letting my room while I'm away!
October 2014 - March 2015(or longer, depending...)

The landlord (Male, age=67) lives in the house, in the loft. He works a lot and is away every weekend and most evenings. He is a very good landlord and I've lived here for almost 1 year.
He is also in the process of finding someone else for the newly available room. So if there are two of you interested for 6-10month rental term then get in touch.

The house is on a lovely quiet street, and comes very nicely furnished with a great lounge, wood burner and excellent kitchen for having friends for dinner. Dishwasher and double oven included!!

I am looking for a mature, female, of quiet nature who would enjoy a very central Cambridge location.

I've been based at MRC HNR, on Fulbourn road and cycle in around 30mins, to Addenbrookes it's 20-25min cycle. Wonderful to live so close to Jesus green and city centre!
