Room in house just off Mill Road

Hi, I have a room to let in my house, which is just off Mill Road. its a great area of Cambridge to live in, with all amenities nearby, a good bus route to the city centre and Addenbrookes, and conveniently close to the Colleges and departments of the universities. Easy walk to the train station and pretty much everywhere is reachable by bike.

The room is on the smaller side, comfortable, simply furnished. I think would best suit either a short term academic visitor, or someone looking for a Monday-Friday let. Please note that this room is not suitable for anyone who is a current student, or who is looking for a long term let.

The house is a traditional Victorian one with a downstairs bathroom accessed via the kitchen. There is a (wild) garden, and parking on-street is free. The room, living areas and kitchen recently refurbished, with comfortable simple style.

I'm an academic, and I've lived happily with people from all over the world. I'm friendly, tidy without being obsessive about it, and I like to cook. if you are interested, please send me a message, happy to tell you more/email photos.
