Would prefer a working person who is happy to be independent as I am busy working and doing my own things.
Prefer early nights so like a quiet house at night.
You would have your own fridge and separate bathroom . I have my own shower so lodgers to use bathroom only , but need to share the toilet .There is a comfortable front room with dining table t. v for your own use . I tend to busy myself and get on with my life so no good if you want a buddy up. I have a large garden which I’m always pottering in and like to think it’s an easy going home with family grandchildren popping in and out .
My council tax band is E . I have a male lodger staying 3 days only who works at night so sleeps in the day .
