Looking for a professional female who'd like to live in a
centrally located shared house very close to the railway station & Mill Rd - and just a 20 mins walk from the town centre. It's a friendly, international mix of 2 girls and 3 guys and we're looking for sociable and considerate professional or post-grad to move in from 25 March 2023..

The room on offer is a ground floor bedroom facing the rear of the house. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and washbasin. The house has hi-speed broadband internet, which along with all the other bills is included in the rent.

There are two bathrooms on the first floor and also another w. c. on the ground floor also. The kitchen serves as the main social hub of the house - it has a sofa, tv, and dining table...as well as double doors leading out to an enclosed patio garden. Bikes can be taken into the garden via the rear right of way, and they can be kept dry under a large covered storage area.
