A small single room is available for weekday let in a pleasant family-sized home with garden and off-road parking.

It would suit a quiet, independent professional or post-grad on internship who has a main home elsewhere. As terms are flexible the rent will depend on the individual arrangement. Min. of 1 night per week max. 4 nights.

The room is furnished with bed, desk with drawers, and hanging hooks on the back of door. It is decorated and carpeted in neutral colours.

Broadband is available.

There is a share of the kitchen with washing machine and bathroom as well as use of the dining room for meals.
There is a garden to the rear of the house. The house is situated on a quiet residential road but very close to the amenities and bus route on Cherry Hinton Road. It is a 10 minute walk to the rail station. It is also very close to Addenbrooke's hospital.

This is a cute, cosy room ideal for a regular night's stopover if you have business in Cambridge and want to avoid B and Bs.

This room is not suitable for a full-time let or couples / students.
