Our house is directly on Mill Rd and has a little front garden, offering privacy from the main road.

It is terraced. Downstairs there is a lounge and office area , double bedroom which is occupied by a 31 year old male student teacher.

Upstairs there are a further 2 double sized bedrooms with large bathroom. There is also a downstairs WC.

We will be your live in landlords and are looking to share our home with 1 other person or a short term let. We are both professionals (engaged couple in early 30's), laid back and like the house to be kept clean and tidy and obviously build a friendship with who we live with. We are getting married in 3 weeks!

Room has a wooden flooring and will be furnished, with a double bed that can be pulled up for extra storage. It has a very large built in wardrobe and shelf storage area. Also, there is a chest of drawers, desk, lamp and chair. Virgin TV can be set up in the room at the standard additional room rate with Virgin. This will be added on to your monthly rent.

Professionals only, or those studying higher education. Unfortunately no young students, DSS, or couples.

£600/month including ALL bills. (wifi, water, council tax, electric, gas, virgin tv downstairs).

We have a 5 month old kitten called Nacho. He is adorable and a little shy with new people.

Nice size garden with alley back entrance, easy access for bikes. Soon to be shed for bike storage.

10 min walk to station, ARU.
2 mins from local Spar, Tesco, Co-op.
15 mins on Citi 2 bus to Addenbrookes.
