The room we have available is a small double. It comes furnished or unfurnished, which ever new tenant prefers. The flat consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared living room equipped with flat screen tv & 2 large comfy sofas, wooden floors throughout, and a huge roof terrace which is especially lovely in summer! It has decking, fireplace, table & chairs and lots of plants. We also have a cat who is very independent and spends most of her time outside.
All bills including WiFi are included. 1 month deposit is required, rent is payable upfront (monthly).
Room is available now.
We are looking for a clean, fun, friendly and easy going professional or a mature student.
