There are two rooms for rent in a nice and friendly house 10 minutes walk from Cambridge city centre. Both available from 1 Jan 2015 although potentially late December if more convenient.
Both rooms are of a good size and are fully furnished, one is single and the other double. The house has a TV/living room, big sunny kitchen with all mod cons, including a very useful dishwasher!, and a peaceful back garden with lawn and patio plus garden furniture. Bathroom with shower/ bath/ basin and separate toilet.
You would be sharing with one of the current tenants who is a young professional female who has recently finished studying at the university. She is looking for flatmates who are female, sociable, and tidy. Please get in touch if you are interested and a viewing can be arranged.
