LOVELY single room in shared house

I am renting my room in a beautiful house shared with 3 other nice girls. The house is on a good location, very close (2 mins walk) to the Beehive centre and the Nuffield Health and quite close to the Grafton (15 mins walk) and the city centre (10 mins bike). The house has a very large, clean kitchen with all the facilities needed: oven, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, toaster, washing machine,... The bathroom has a bath/shower and is also clean and large. There is a huge garden with a lot of sun. The room is very cosy and furnished with a single bed, a desk and a small wardrobe. There is an other wardrobe just outside the room that you can use to put extra stuff.
