The flat is in a quiet cul-de-sac, 5 minutes from train station, Mill Road, gym, cafes, restaurants and all.

Ample parking, new furbished fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. £420 all included.

Looking for flatmate, female or male professional. As room is small single, no overnight guests could stay and I will give preference to someone needing flat Monday-Friday though I will consider weekends for right person.

Live in landlady is professional, respectful and rarely home. When I am home, I like to cook, gave a glass of wine and read/talk about philosophy, fitness or art. I'm also a keen cyclist. Occasionally have a little party/few friends, but nothing too wild!
