Double room to rent in wonderful house on Milton Road. Central location, only a 5 minute walk to Jesus Green and the centre of town. Looking for a young professional to join our friendly and sociable house of four other tenants.
Rent includes all bills and council tax, including wireless internet and TV licence. Room furnished with a bed and the possibility to keep the current housemate's furnitures for a bargain.
Room is in a large Victorian semi-detached and contains two showers, bathroom, large kitchen/dining room and living room which opens into a large and very quiet garden.
