Cosy double room 5-10min walk to the train station

A nice and cosy double room is available for single occupancy in a quiet house near the Mill road bridge, 5-10min from the train station. The room comes with its own bathroom and is available from 05th November 2023 until 05th of May 2024 (6 months). The house will be shared with me and my 17 years old son will also be there 3/4 days a week.
The house is located on Sturton street, less than 10min walk from the train station and 15min walk from the city centre. It's a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms so you'll have your own bathroom. There is a living room, a kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine . There is also a garden and fast internet wifi.
The room has a double bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and some shelves. Sheets, duvet and pillows are provided.
The rent is £820 per month and there is a deposit of one month rent that you will get back on the day of the check out. All bills are included except gas/electricity that is to share between us three.
