Homely shared three-bedroom Victorian terraced house with loads of character, in a quiet street, with a lovely back garden ideal for BBQs and bike storage. Resident parking possible. Excellent relationship with landlords and friendly neighbours. House has wireless internet and central heating. Top floor is carpeted throughout.
Both bedrooms come part-furnished. Room 1 is facing the front of the property, has a large window, comes with a queen size bed, a chest of drawers and a built-in closet. Room 2 is facing the back of the property, has a large window overlooking the back garden, comes with a queen size bed, a chest of drawers, a cabinet and a built-in closet.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor of the property and next to each other. The house has 1 bathroom (also on first floor), a living room with TV, a dining room, a small spare bedroom (currently used as storage), and a kitchen with all mod cons.
You will be sharing with a delightful and friendly professional Greek male in his early twenties (his bedroom is located in the basement and has its own en-suite). He enjoys cooking, exercising, and socialising with friends and housemates.
Looking for two friendly and like-minded professionals (preferably in their twenties/early thirties), clean, tidy, easy to get along with, and willing to participate in the general maintenance of the house. It is essential that the two future housemates are looking for long-term stay and keen to treat this as a home rather than a temporary bedsit. No gender preferences. No smokers, no couples (both rooms are single occupancy), no pets.
Room 1 is £420 per calendar month inclusive of ALL bills and room 2 is £410 per calendar month inclusive of ALL bills. £465 deposit (each room) to be paid on arrival together with first month rent.
Room 2 is available from Sunday 15 November and Room 1 is available from end of November.
