Room for rent near Cherry Hinton

We are currently looking for someone to join our household. We consist of 5 professionals, 3 male, 2 female, aged between 22 and 28. This includes one couple who share a room. We do occasionally like to be social, have bbqs, venture into the wonders of Cambridge etc.

About the house; the room available is a small downstairs room but it has been recently decorated and is furnished.

We have a large living room and large garden at the back of the house complete with trampoline(!), the kitchen has a washing machine, clothes dryer (though we try and only use this in the winter or in clothes emergencies!) and a fridge/freezer. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down, both with showers.

Rent for this room is about £400 (landlady is still to confirm) a month which includes council tax and water bills. The broadband, gas and electric we equally split amongst us, and usually is around £30 a month additional each. We are looking for someone to move in at the start of August.

All we ask is that you are someone who is capable of keeping the shared areas moderately tidy - but don't worry we are not neat freaks!
