Friendly sociable house mate required

We are looking for a friendly sociable housemate to fill a single room in the house and is available from the 1st July for an initial 3 month stay with the possibility to extend. we are clean, tidy and sociable and looking for someone who seeks a friendly mature but fun house. We take great care of the house and like to keep the place clean and tidy and therefore seek someone who is like minded and willing to help with cleaning and other duties when needed. The house has fiber-optic broadband, a modern kitchen and bathroom with an AMAZING SHOWER!, a large living room with separate dining area and with a newly renovated garden and patio and would suit anyone keen on gardening and keeping veg etc. or just likes to have a glass of wine and a BBQ when the sun shines. Parking is technically on road but never ever an issue. The Landlords solve any issues quickly and are mindful of our privacy. You must be a non smoker and (although we love animals) we cannot accept any pets. I work at Addenbrooks, the house is approximately a 20 minute walk and a five minute walk to No. 1 & 3 bus stops. The House is situated in a very quiet cul de sac (see google maps) and 5 min walk to Cherry Hinton shops (Tesco, bakers, leisure centre, library etc), ten minutes to the park and 20 minutes by foot to Mill Road.
