Room mate wanted!!! - large double bedroom

G'day, My name is Alex and I'm a 23 year old from Australia. Ive moved to Cambridge to teach Sport and Health in schools and also travel for a year. Im about to move into a room in Cherry Hinton area, close to Hills Road. I'm basically looking for a 'buddy up' person to share the room/rent with.

I'm an extremely easy going and sociable person. My interests include; Sport, travel. cooking, music, gigs and meeting people. I go for a run most mornings and consider myself to be a clean and tidy person.

The room is quite large and comes completely furnished with your own bed, wardrobe and desk. The house is quite modern and very clean (the owner employs the girl in the above room to professionally clean the house). The house has 2 bathrooms, washing machine, full kitchen, wifi, heating and with bills included you will never be cold.

The house has a mix of both student and professionals that all seem to get on really well.

The rent is only 300pcm each - all bills inclusive. The house is a minute walk from a bus stop with busses every 10 minutes to the city centre (about a 5-10 minute bus ride).
