I am looking to rent out a double room in large semi detached property in Chesterton, Cambridge. It is in a lovely quiet location and is ideally situated walking distance to the science park, cycle ride to the centre and the colleges.

The room is light, bright, warm and clean. The kitchen is well equiped and has modern appliances with dish washer and washing machine. There is a shared lounge and large garden.

Bills are included, heating, electricity, council tax. Wireless internet access and telephone (evenings and weekends only) are included on the provision that its not abused.

This is a no smoking house, however you are quiet welcome to smoke outside.

I am looking for someone who respects others and their property, who is clean and tidy, cleans up after themselves. I don't mind whether you are a student or a professional. But you must get on with my dog.
