Double room, new build, modern, friendly household

Hello! We are two friends looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to move in from 1 May. We have a large double room available in a modern house just off Green End Road (the Milton Rd end).

The house is 10 min walk from Cambridge North station and the Science Park. It is a 15 min cycle to the city centre or the Citi 2 stops right outside. There is ample, free parking available.

This luxurious house has a huge kitchen and very large living room and three toilets/bathrooms. It has all modern conveniences, including underfloor heating, electric gates (secure parking) and an efficient air to heat source pump (which keeps energy bills down). Common areas are fully furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished (a bed frame is available if needed).

The current housemates are two friendly professionals doing 9-5 jobs. A new housemate would be on the lease.
