· Upstairs communal bathroom shared by four tenants, as one bedroom as an en-suite.

Rent £600 per calendar month inc. all bills, including broadband, TV license and insurance.
Security deposit £500. One-off agency/referencing fees of about £180 unfortunately, but such is life! We are with a great agency who deal with household issues very quickly.

It is a great house due to size and location. We are a sociable house who enjoy sports, trips to the cinema and nights out.

We are looking for someone sociable, who will join in with the friendly banter! If you are someone who doesn't want to be a friendly housemate, we are not the house for you.
