I am renting a single room in a household which is ideally located for access to the Science and Business Parks, the Regional College and the city centre, as well as by car to the A14 & M11.
The house has been recently renovated, so is in excellent condition. Wi-fi is included together with all utility bills and cleaning of communal areas.
There is plenty of parking on-street and a cycle can be stored in the back garden.
There is a separate downstairs bathroom, and a shower in the upstairs bathroom would be shared with the other tenant.
I am happy to accept Mon-Fri tenants at a reduced monthly rate.
Ideally a minimum stay would be one month with a month's notice, but shorter or longer lets can be arranged.
