Double room in friendly household, Chesterton

One double room available in a friendly household off Chesterton High Street. Partly furnished, including a double bed and mattress. All bills included (excluding council tax). The house is located a minutes walk from the river and from tesco express. It takes 15 minutes to cycle to the centre of cambridge. There's a lovely garden with a BBQ and patio area that we use regularly.

Large shared living/dining area. The bathroom was recently refurbished and there is a separate WC. The garage can be used for storage and bikes. There's also one car parking space and space to park on the road outside.

The current tenants all work in Cambridge. All great to live with. They have busy life styles, keep a tidy house and enjoy socialising at the weekends. We have been living two males two females for the past few years which seems to work well. Current tenant moving out as leaving Cambridge. Ideally we are looking for a female to keep a gender balance.
