The room was meant to be the living room in the house, that is why it is huge. It is semi-furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. It has its own independent access.
The house is in a residential (Berrylands) with common garden. We are two professional girls in the early 20s. We are looking for a single person either student or professional.
10 mins away from the city cetre by bike. Bus stop 50 metres fas away and Supermarket less than 5 mins walking.
The kitchen is completely equiped and it has a dinning table with chairs. There is wifi in the house and a garage to keep the bikes and some other stuff.
