We are looking for a fourth friendly professional to move into our house share in Chesterton.

The room is a very big unfurnished double (3. 7 x 4. 7m) with an ensuite shower and built in wardrobes along the 3. 7 m length. The house is semi-detached in a quiet road with a lovely garden and is in a great location; just a few minutes from Midsummer Common and the Grafton Centre, and a 15 min walk from the City centre. The rent is £473. 93 per month and does not include bills. Bills (gas, electric, 30Mb broadband, virgin TV and Council Tax) are then shared equally between us, and are approximately £100 a month per person. The room house is let through an agency, who will require a £200 application fee from the new tenant and will require £620. 55 as a deposit.

We are one girl and two guys, in our mid 20s to early 30s, and we are looking for a friendly, tidy person to move in. We’re all easy going and get on well . Sorry no smokers, pets or children and single occupancy only.
