Hi!
We have a room to rent in our house from 16th June, due to our housemate moving to London for a new job.
The house is in a great location 10 minutes walk from the City Centre on a nice Victorian terraced street off the main road. There is a big living/dining room area, conservatory, garden, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There is parking out the front, though it is a bit of a free for all.
The bedroom comes furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed.
We're a sociable bunch that all work during the week and hang out together, go to the pub etc. and are looking for a like minded person.
